Although John Connor wrote this research paper in 2010 while still a student at Texas Tech University of Law, his insights into aspects of intangible property and ownership, options for estate planners, and issues of privacy are quite forward thinking. It's likely that Professor Gerry W. Beyer incluenced Mr. Connor's depth of knowledge and perspective.
One of the major problems facing estate planners in regards to digital assets is that because estate planners do not know what to do, they are not properly preparing their clients for what will happen to the client's digital assets after their death. ~John Connor
